Dinner:
Cider-brined pork chops with asparagus and freezer biscuits
The pork chops were very tasty and cooked up quickly. The freezer biscuits cooked well, too (they rose nicely), but they were kind of bland. I think I'll try to make them with butter next time instead of shortening. William ate all of his pork (without the sauce) and asparagus, but didn't care for the biscuit. Seth ate pork, but he preferred it off of my plate, rather than his own. He ate a few bites of biscuit and a few bites of asparagus. No mention of dessert tonight. (Which is good, because we're out of ice cream sandwiches!)

That pic bring tears to my eyes as it is such a rare sight at Casa Vinson. In all fairness, Ben pooped 3 times in the potty over our snowed in weekend. Trying a new approach with his teacher at school. Claiming progress when he screams out in the middle of the grocery, "I have to go poop"
Now the code brown in the tub last night... fun times
