Day 57: Lemon Mustard Chicken

I took pictures of the dinner that I made last night, as I was making it. But LOST was on, so I never got around to uploading the pictures to my PC. So I'll try to remember to add the pictures tonight. I love this recipe because it's easy, versatile, and I always have the ingredients on hand. I can use it with chicken, pork, or salmon--any cut. I can grill the meat, broil it, or saute in a pan. And it's fast.I most often make it with chicken tenderloins, though.

ETA: Here are two of the pictures that I took last night.
William's plate:
And Seth's plate:

Dinner:
Lemon Mustard Chicken, asparagus, dinner rolls
We sat down to eat at 7:00. William ate all of his asparagus, and then all of Seth's. (Seth graciously gave his to William.) He also ate all of his chicken. Seth did not eat his chicken or asparagus, so I gave him string cheese and grapes. They both ate Girl Scout samoas for dessert (Seth ate one, William ate two.)
